Yes — listing is completely free. Your property appears in search with up to 30 photos and a verified badge at no cost. Optional paid upgrades (Featured, Premium and Platinum) put your listing higher in results and on the homepage — see the Promotion tab above for prices.

Most listings are reviewed and verified within 24 hours. Once approved, your property is instantly visible to buyers and tenants across the site.

Open the listing in your dashboard and tap Promote, then pick Featured, Premium or a Developer package. See the Promotion tab above for what each tier includes.

Yes — foreigners can own condominium units within the 49% foreign-ownership quota, and lease or hold houses and land through recognised structures. Our agents can walk you through the options for your situation.
